To utilise the power of the Feedback system for your business, go to our Sign Up page and fill in the form. Membership to Feedback will give you 12 months access to send as many surveys to your customers as you need, all for only $199.00 per year.
Members of Bartercard can also purchase membership to Feedback 100% with your Bartercard Trade Dollars.
Your account allows you to send as many surveys to your customers as you like. Send 300 out in one day if you like! You also get to create two different Survey Question Lists so you can choose which customers get which of your Surveys to fill in.
As part of your Feedback membership, you are able to create 2 different Surveys that you can send to your customers. Each Survey has its own unique name, and you can ask completely different questions in each survey.
For example, if you were an accountant, you may ask different questions in your Corporate Customer Survey than you would for your Personal Income Tax Customer Survey.
If you would like to have more than two unique surveys in your account, you can increase your Feedback Membership Account to include more surveys. An extra two surveys only costs $49 for 12 months, which becomes part of your yearly membership fee.
