• Question Only : This Question Type simply has your question and a space for the customer to type their answer.
• Yes/No Questions : A Yes/No Box is offered to your customer allowing them to select either Yes or No and also the choice to leave a comment if they wish.
• Multiple Choice : A Multiple Choice entry asks your customers a Question and gives them a range of Answers that you set. You can choose to have either one answer only allowed, or tick boxes so your customers can choose several answers.
